On Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 5:30 p.m., join the women of Beth El Synagogue of East Windsor as they celebrate the new month with discussion, prayer, niggunim and the celebration of the unique gift of being a Jewish woman. Beth Frenkel, a clinical psychologist, will be providing an introduction to mindfulness and teaching mindfulness techniques that can easily be practiced at home.
