On Sunday, November 17, 2019 at 7:30 pm, the Beth El Synagogue of East Windsor, Mercer County Genealogy Society presents ‘The Genetic Founders of the Jewish People’.

After three years of intensive fieldwork, the Avotaynu DNA Project, its 8,000 participants, and its team of several dozen academic and genealogical collaborators have obtained DNA samples from nearly every Jewish ethnic group on the globe.

Project Administrator, Adam Brown, will discuss early findings revealing the genetic interconnectedness of current Jewish communities worldwide as well as the fascinating diversity of their origins.

After the discussion, Adam will be happy to help attendees make sense of their DNA results and to help them develop DNA testing strategies that may help in their personal research.
Beth El Synagogue is located at 50 Maple Stream Road, East Windsor, NJ, 08520; 609-443-4454; www.bethel.net.
